Photopolymer plates
Under the name of JET a range of waterwashable photopolymer plates is supplied all over Europe. They offer unsurpassed qualities in letterpress, dry-offset and UV-flexo printing. The OHKAFLEX and JETFLEX brand names cover a range of first class flexographic printing plates. Of course these plates are also available in CTP quality.
Solvent plates
Jet Europe offers her solvent washable flexoplates under the brandnames OHKAFLEX and JETFLEX. These plates are ideal for use with all the less pollutive washout solvents now available. Excellent ink transfer and homogeneous coverage guarantee brilliant printing results for solids, linework, reversed out areas and half tones. In addition, the accurate dimensional stability and small thickness tolerance shows in consistent, high quality printing results.
The plates are available in different hardnesses and suitable for use with any modern inks, including water based, solvent based and U.V. cured inks, making it the perfect all round photopolymer plates for flexo printing.
Waterwashable plates
Jet Europe supplies state-of-the-art waterwashable photopolymer plates all over Europe under the name of JET. Intensive research has lead to the development of an excellent product range of high quality plates. The broad range of plate types offered cover all the requirements of the graphics industry.
JET stands for quality. JET plates are well known for optimum printing quality and minimum environmental load. The JET range of waterwashable photopolymer printing plates are made from a 70 % poly vinyl alcohol and acryvinil monomer, which dissolves in water and can be safely flushed into the drainage system.
Direct laser engraving plates

Specially suited for letterpress and dry-offset print processes, the new plates feature an operator friendly nylon-free, polyvinylalcohol composition, which prevents the emanation of unpleasant odours during the engraving process.
The new DLE range offers excellent performance with all available laser-engraving systems, and boasts a tonal range of 0.5 to 99 percent. The residue build-up after engraving can be easily removed by washing or spraying, thus allowing users to make the most of the process’s quality advantages. These include the ability to achieve dot reproducibility up to 150 lpi, uniform ink-transfer in solid areas, and perfectly clear cuts that bring fine linework and clear small-text.
