01/09/11 Collis Test Tools qualified by MasterCard® for PayPass™ TIP implementation

The Collis Card Simulator and the Collis Brand Test Tool have successfully been qualified by MasterCard WorldWide during the formal MasterCard PayPass Terminal Integration Process (TIP). These tools are used to test the behaviour of the PayPass enabled reader/terminal according to the MasterCard rules, without the need of physical test cards.

25/07/11 Colis wins international innovation award in mobile commerce category

Collis has recently won ACT Canada’s International Innovation Award in the category of mobile commerce. Their award acknowledges Collis’ innovative approach towards the provisioning, security and lifecycle management of all applications on mobile phones containing secure element (SE) and near field communication (NFC) capabilities, through a trusted services manager (TSM).

19/07/11 Successful qualification of the Collis GlobalPlatform UICC Compliance Test Tool

Collis has achieved GlobalPlatform qualified status for a specialised (SIM) test tool, after successful completion of the GlobalPlatform TestFest process.
Collis GlobalPlatform UICC Compliance Test Suite can be used to test whether a UICC smart card aligns with the GlobalPlatform Card Specification v2.2 UICC Configuration.

11/07/11 Collis releases results of UZI-pas usability study

Collis, together with SOZA, has researched the usability of the ‘UZI-pas’ in the region of Amsterdam-West. Users of the UZI-pas, a card which provides healthcare employees with a secure digital ID that allows them to access patient information in a secure way, are under the impression that the card is not user-friendly in an environment where users often leave or change their workplace. Collis presents the results of this study (report is in Dutch).

9/06/11 Collis Releases Test Tools Approved by American Express for the Canadian Market

Collis has developed Collis Brand Test Tool (Collis BTT) according to the American Express ICC Payment Specification (AEIPS) for the Canadian market. All card images and test cases required for the American Express EMV Test Plan are included within Collis BTT.

Collis is proud to announce that the Collis Test Centre has been successfully accredited by MasterCard Worldwide to deliver CPV & (M-)TIP MasterCard Formal Approval Services mandated by MasterCard.

20/04/11 Test cases in Collis SWP/HCI Conformance Test Suite validated by GCF and PTCRB

Collis is pleased to announce the launch of Collis SWP/HCI Conformance Test Suite. The first batch of test cases for handsets was officially accepted at the GCF (Global Certification Forum) CAG#26 meeting in Taipei on 13th April 2011 and was already validated by PTCRB-PVG.

Aspects USAT Conformance Test Platform (Verify2 31.124) has been updated to incorporate BIP TCP Server Mode. The product has been validated according to the latest GCF (Global Certification Forum) and PTCRB (PCS Type Certification Review Board) requirements.
