This unprecedented speed and accuracy is the consequence of our very well balanced process flow and hands on experience. We maintain this high level of performance for 6 years straight since we developed our 3PL department. The main target of our 3PL department is to support the sales force of our customers by excellent logistic performance.

Where logistics services can contribute to higher turnovers and reaching your sales targets you can count on our 3PL department 20/6/360 (sometimes we do sleep).

Since business commenced back in 1998 the fundament of the company was intercontinental freight forwarding. After the buy out of most privately owned companies in and around Amsterdam Airport in the late ’90, ample room became available for Triple Logistics, aiming for the small and medium sized companies with high demands and vast need for attention and commitment.

Our typical customer allows us to handle both Airfreight and Oceanfreight shipments whether it is the import or export part of the logistics field. Our account teams handle both modalities simultaneously. In addition our full swing custom brokerage environment completes our guarantees for our one-roof concept. The multitasking capabilities of all staff members is unique and in combination with our high level of automated and on-line systems a proven success.

The Freight Forwarding activities of Triple Logistics are supported by our international network of partners around the world. We do not belong to a fixed network, cause we operate with the strong believe independence generates maximum benefits we can share with our customers. Our very enthousiastic partners jointly operate 125 branches covering 85% of the industrialised world.

Triple Logistics and the main partners Oceanair Inc / Boston, Mass, USA and Superior Freight Services / Minneapolis, Minn, USA took the partnership to another level. Together we are developing integrated logistics offering complete door to door concepts, where no details are forgotten. We have been succesful in creating relationships with our mutual customers fundamented on trust. It enables us to have transparant dialogues with the customers all in order to reach the highest level of logistic concepts.

We constantly seek to improve concepts, keeping them up to date in full compliance with law and regulatory bodies. The presence of Oceanair and Superior Freight Services through their branches in their respective areas, in combination with our 3PL division has been so succesful it was decided to built into a joint operation.

Triple Logistics doesn’t own “wheels”, but we own outstanding relationships with trucking companies. Instead of processing trucking companies through all kinds of checks before a cooperation with Triple Logistics commences the daily experience built over the years is used as selection criteria.

An outstanding POD service exists because of the high level of automation and organisation within trucking companies and can not be enhanced by a 3PL service provider. A good coverage in countries due to the fleet size (on paper) is one thing, but proving that coverage is met day after day and week after week is something else. That’s how we select at Triple.

Our trucking companies increased their range of service so much they by-passed most freight forwarding networks in service level and capabilities, while providing the Pan-European coverage Triple Logistics needs, due to our customer demands.

We can state without doubt that the trucking companies of our choice truly add value to Triple Logistics and they understand the final mile can mean all the difference in customer satisfaction.

When we at Triple Logistics are called upon to operate a vast project in size or special demands we call it internally “Balloon Fish Logistics”, a nice variation on the terminology common in the logistics world.

“Balloon Fish Logistics” simply means we instantly have to grow our self in size. Triple Logistics has the ability to increase the work force, extend opening hours, operate during weekend and/or night, arrange for additional equipment, boost warehouse capacity, packaging material, charter dedicated vehicles while assuring daily routine is not affected at all.

We have to stretch Triple Logistics to it’s very limits. In a typical year these events we meet 4 or 5 times only but we consider it the most rewarding times. Every now and than it is fun to see how far we can take it and feel confident that the full team at Triple will never give in. We always meet the challenge.

Any given moment it is great to be a “Balloon Fish” and act and operate likewise. Our record standing strong was a campaign for a sport shoe manufacturer handling 4.800 m3 / 6.000 pallets / 36.000 articles / 85 destinations and everything on a deadline meeting the European launch of broadcasted commercials on the products moved.
