The Federation has an International Council of Directions (ICD). Those countries that have National Membership can have representation in the ICD. The ICD will elect all the officers of the Executive Board.
The Executive Committee is comprised of the following three officers of the Board: President, First Vice- President and Treasurer-Secretary.
